Wyatt- senior

We met Wyatt and his mama in Lake Stevens, WA for his senior portraits at one of our favorite green bridges (yes, we have more than one green bridge in our repertoire). He was running late only because his classic pick up truck had a dead battery, but it was worth the wait to have such a great 'personality item'. We always encourage our senior clients to bring pieces that help display who they are; maybe it's an instrument, a piece of clothing, sneakers, watches, a pet, you name it. In this case, it was Wyatt's truck. During the pandemic, Wyatt found himself out in the garage working on vehicles rather than behind his computer working on schoolwork (some might even argue that he may have learned more useful skills this way), making this truck of his the best personality item for him. And man, were we happy to have such a fun prop to work with for his session. Wyatt is a man of few words but in the best way. Like, in the way that you knew if he had something important to say, he would. As we found comfort in his silence, we also tested how adventurous he was. Sit on the hood of your truck? Sit on the edge of this bridge? Climb through some bramble to this spot? Sit on this rock? Climb on the outside of the bridge?! "No Problem." We feel honored to capture this important time in your life and cannot wait to see where you go Wyatt!
